All merchandise sold is factory new with factory warranty. Albee's is not a factory service center and will not do actual repairs on items purchased. For repair it is the customer's responsibility to call or take merchandise to manufacturer's authorized service center.
For any defective merchandise it is customer's responsibility to call or take merchandise to manufacturer's authorized service and Albee's has no responsibility to exchange or refund unless authorized by the respective manufacturer. Furthermore defective goods only acceptable for exchange or in-store credit if returned in original packing within maximum of 5 days form the date of purchase accompanied by sales receipt if authorized by the manufacturers.
Used or opened merchandise will not be exchangeable. Goods in factory sealed boxes are acceptable for in store credit only within 10 days of it purchase accompanied by sales receipt.
In the event an item is exchanged there will be restocking charge of up to 20% to be levied with the sole discretion of Albee's.
