All merchandise sold is factory new with factory warranty. Albee's is not a factory service center and will not do actual repairs on items purchased. For repair it is the customer's responsibility to call the manufacturer's authorized service center.
Goods are only acceptable for exchange or in-store credit if returned in the original packing within a maximum of 5 days from the date of purchase accompanied by sales receipt. Used or opened merchandise will not be exchangeable.
In the event a special-order item is returned within 5 days of purchase in the sealed factory box there will be a restocking charge of 20% levied by Albee's.
If a product is labeled as irreparable by a factory authorized repair center within the warranty period, the manufacturer is responsible for a replacement or a full refund.
