When you first start it, it makes a clicking sound (ticking if you will) and then eventually goes away and the microwave itself is quite quiet. Essentially, you get what you pay for. We purchased a new Frigidaire Induction oven and wanted a matching microwave. We paid a hefty amount for the oven and thought we would save with the microwave. It looks sleek in the kitchen. The display is bright enough to actually light your way when the kitchen is dark at night. Overall, it seems to be good for now. We have only had it for 2 weeks.

If you have a tight kitchen layout with a wall immediately to the left of your range, this microwave is a top-tier recommendation due to its zero-clearance hinge. Even without that constraint, it remains a strong contender due to its quiet motor and convenient filtration system. However, if you rely heavily on advanced sensor cooking or have a very dimly lit kitchen, you might miss the higher end models. Doesn't have humidity sensors and the numbers are hard to see in low light. For the price, it is the best you can find

Do not buy the product! You'll be very disappointed. We bought it 1.5 years ago for our new home and have only been using it for less than a year and it no longer works. The fan is awful and doesn't work well and never has. It doesn't heat well. This product should have worked longer than a year. We bought all the matching appliances and thought we could trust this brand. We don't recommend for friends or our customers.
