I love that I could find another G.E. drop in stove to replace my 37 year old G.E. drop in. There's not to many manufacturer any more. It has a nice clean compact design to it.

Our new drop in looks beautiful in the space left by our 40-year-old drop in. The installation instructions were very clear. The stove and the oven both heat up quickly. We like the simplicity of the controls. We can use about half of our old pots and pans, after cleaning the bottoms very carefully.. We're still getting used to a glass cooktop, but t so far so good

The overall product is wonderful! It cooks well and maintains his heat excellent! However the black flat top gets streaky and dirty very fast! It's hard to keep clean.

My previous GE drop-in range was over 30 years old. It gave me great service so I thought I'd replace it with another GE drop-in range. It took quite a while to get it but now I'm glad I waited. The burners offer so many sizes and are so quick to heat up. It looks great in my kitchen. I'm dry happy.

I love stainless steel appliances. This drop in range is beautiful and sleek looking. Thought we were going to have issues with installation but that was a breeze and quick. 4 stars because I wish it would have came equipped with the warming drawer.

I bought this as a replacement for an old drop-in stove, and the only thing I'd do differently is purchase it sooner! It works great and looks great. Lots of features my old one didn't have. It did require a small modification to the existing space, but the electrician who installed it was able to complete that with ease.

Everything works. I was just disappointed to find that two of the burners were 8" instead of 9". The 6" and 9" combination is what I have to use with my 12" skillet. So when I cook fish & fried potatoes, I have to use the 8" burners and my 10" skillet.

We bought this drop in to replace the old GE drop in. Within 11 days the glass cracked! No, I did not drop anything or slide anything across the top causing the glass to crack. The glass top is thinner than the older models and apparently inferior. I now have to wait one month for a service rep to even come and look at it. I regret purchasing this range and if I had to do it over I would have purchased something else.

This was the only option available for a drop in stove. Replacing 1993 stove. Price was outrageous, but being the only option had to pay. Haven't cooked on a glass cook top before. Way to sensitive. Had Copper Chef cookware, first time used, it left marks on the burners that won't come off. Did not slide the pans, set them on the burners. Had to buy all new cookware, another expense. Actually afraid to use the cooktop. Would not buy another glass cooktop. Very disappointed. Will replace with a gas stove, with burners you don't have to worry about. The oven is great.

Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Like the multiple choice burner(s) although having trouble managing the heat - they seem to get too hot at a lower number. We are being VERY careful of the glass surface to avoid scratching; some extra care required - no more sliding pans around, but keeping the top looking great is worth the trouble. The cooking "heat rings" mentioned by others disappear after buffing with a soft cotton cloth, after first using the special cleaner. The nice big oven with so many rack settings is excellent. The installer told us to not cool the oven with the door partly open or it could damage the electronics in the the control panel. And the control panel is a pain because it catches "stuff". Not easy to find drop-ins these days and this one is not cheap! But it looks fab and works great and is easier than re-doing the whole kitchen.

We had our previous GE range for more than 18 years. The new range is so much more!! Easy to use. Beautiful to look at. The cooktop is larger and so easy to clean. The oven cooks efficiently and quickly. Using the time, temp, etc panel is easy. I really love it.

We needed a drop-in to replace a GE we had 18 years. GE is the only brand we could find which was ok since our last one was great. Features are straight-forward and appearance is very nice. Haven't cooked a lot on it but so far, we are pleased. Glad there is at least some speckle on the top so hide minor scratches. Four stars because our last one was more speckled on top which made it always look new. We hope this top doesn't show normal wear.

Since this range replaced the same GE drop in range from 2003, safe to say the construction seems flimsy. Instead of 3 racks, now has only 2 lighter racks. No broiler pan or probe included. No longer available in Convention Oven, which is a big dissapointment. Having said that, the previous GE range provided many years of enjoyable service. Only time will tell.

The first day I used my new range the pots I used scratched the glass surface on 2 of the front burners. I contacted GE and they sent me product to Clean the surface but it did not take away the scratches. Very disappointed. I'm not looking forward to how the glass top will look after only a few years of cooking on it. I used aluminum pots which are recommended & cleaned the surface before cooking on it. I would not recommend this stove at all. Other than the scratches the stove works great.

Do not like the front controls, nor the cover for the controls it catches all the splatters and it is very hard to clean. The control cover is also very thin and flimsy. Otherwise it is a very nice range.
