my dishwasher was purchsed from and installed by lowe's. now…less than six months later it has stopped working all together. two weeks ago samsung finally sent out someone to fix it. he was here 20 mintues…said he fixed it but apparently he never tried it because now it does not work at all. just flashes an lc message. getting thru to samsung is time consuming as you can never talk to real person and they apparently could care less that your appliance that you paid a lot of money for does not work. i have now had two more service appointments cancelled by their repair people. lowe's and samsung have my money…and i have two worthless warranties and a broken dishwasher. extremely dissatisfied.

I needed to upgrade my dishwasher as my condo came with one that was several years old. This Samsung has several wash options, but I prefer the auto mode. Love the additional top " shelf pull out" for the odd size utensils.

Love the Stainless steele walls especially as my water is rusty, i was excited about some of the features. So I was a little disappointed when i found the tines in the bottom rack were so close together my fiesta dishes don't fit. The extra drawer for silver ware sounded ;like, a good idea.. unfortunately, anywhere the silver touches the dividers doesn't come clean. If anything is stuck on, it will still be there at the end of the cycle. The middle rack has two positions. In the upper one tall glasses or lids hit the top rack. In the lower position the wand hits on anything taller than a plate on the bottom rack. I have never complained about an appliance through 12 moves. This dishwasher which i thought was an upgrade in the appliance package i purchased. was a disappointment. Given a choice next time i will choose the plain Jane as they do a better job.

I cannot say how happy that I am with my Samsung dishwasher! It's very spacious. It's whisper quiet. I like that I can start the dishwasher & stay in the same room while it is running.

I got a defective dishwasher and I am still trying to get a new dishwasher. I found out it has to be fixed 3 times before it is declared defective. I had to pay someone to have it uninstalled every time they came out which is not fair. The dishwasher and installation was over $1100 dollars. I will never buy another Samsung appliance. I will buy LG refrigerator and stove since I am replacing my appliances.

the dishwasher is definitely quiet, if it matters to you. if you plan on putting all the forks and knives on the top rack, you can romove one of the utensil baskets to gain more space.
we are able to load more plates and bowls in this new dishwasher than our 10+ year old one. however, you need oi be careful when stacking the bowls. don't place them too close to each other, otherwise you will definitely get some of them uncleaned.
i also found out that i have to use the heavy duty setting to get the dishes cleaned.
overall, it's a good model and i like it a lot.

The StormWash dishwasher is amazing and was definitely worth the price. It is very quiet and cleans really well. It is so quiet that I can't even tell its running. I also like having the 3 racks, as well as the racks being adjustable either for height or for certain dishes and utensils. It not only gets my dishes clean, but the inside of the washer itself stays clean and spotless as well. It has the perfect choice of settings for this household and I've used all of them with no troubles. The digital display and timer is also a nice to have letting me know when my dishes are going to be done, and also plays a tune when they dishes are done. The person who installed the dishwasher recommended using powder or powder tablets dishwasher soap with the dishwasher, so that is what I have been using.

I have owned this for a month and it works great. It is very quiet and the door opens when it's done washing to finish the drying cycle which I think is awesome. The dishes are cleaned well and it actually dries them if you let it run the cycle through. Highly recommend this product

Dishwasher has a nice slim look overall washes dishes very well however the very top rack that's for like a knives does not clean very well not sure if it's just a power wash does not reach up to the top tray of the dishwasher do that rack could have been left out.

I purchased this machine as an upgrade to an entry level that was in the home I purchased. This machine has all the cycles I need including an Express Wash that saves water and energy. Love that door pops open at the end and internal fan dries the dishes quickly.

I use this about everyday, the product is very strong and most of the time I just need to use the 60 minute quick wash and it still takes out tough stains and grease. The racks are designed well and I love the extra third rack for utensils which works great for chopsticks. Only thing is its a little loud but it is not a big deal.

We bought this dishwasher during the pandemic and it has been a struggle to get clean dishes out of this machine. We have resorted to precleaning and half filling the racks to give it a fighting chance. It leaves a fine particulate residue on everything otherwise. Motor charred and smoked 6 months after purchase and replaced under warranty.

The dishwasher is very quiet and has a nice feature to wash in 1 hour. Dishes are properly clean and dry. The only feature I don't love is that the dishwasher never dries plastic ware all the way.

I bought the dishwasher about a year ago. Its running right now! I can get lots of classes and smaller dishes in the middle rack, lage pots, pans,trays in the bottom. The upper most 3rd rack works great for large utensils too

We purchased this dishwasher and a few other Samsung Products a little over one year ago. The dishwasher, regardless of being serviced a few times leaves greasy coating on the dishes and water pools at the bottom after each wash. We honestly don't know what our next steps are because at this point we don't believe we have a machine that functions as expected.

I've been using this Samsung dishwasher for a couple of months now. The features are great, such as the 3rd rack, dry assist and turbo wash.
I rated 4 stars instead of 5 due to what I would call a design flaw. The 'tines' of the lower rack point two different directions. One set points left, and the other points to the right. This makes it difficult to place large, flat items such as cutting boards and sheet pans in a straight line. One of these will fit on the left side where there's a bit more room but a couple of these can affect the spinning of the washer arms.
The overall look is great. Very sleek and easy to wipe to maintain spotless stainless. The hidden handle gives a nice clean look in my kitchen.
The sound level is very low. Sometimes I have to listen carefully just to make sure it's running.

First-time homeowners ten years in and it was time to update appliances. We go this Samsung storm wash and was very happy with the features, but lower rack doesn't really fit our pots, pans or dishware. I know this is a relative problem, but I think leaning toward a more generic layout would be better. There are sections for your plates to be tightly arranged, but then the spaces for bowls or pots and pans seem to be either too large or too small. But either way, the dishes get washed. Just like any dishwasher, if you don't pre-wash, food debris and particles will be left on any upper rack glasses with "catch areas," so don't expect any miracles...that's just gravity. Otherwise, it's a good appliance. I like it.
