I purchased this dishwasher for my mom. She loves it for its super quiet and doesn't disturb her when watching her favorite Movie Classics on TV. Dishes and glasses are spotless....love it!

Top nozzle broke within 10 days of installation

I bought this appliance last month. Within 10 days of installation, I noticed the top nozzle was preventing the top rack from sliding into dishwasher. Upon further inspection, I noticed the top nozzle has two plastic clips that clip into top metal bracket. The clip had broken (see photo), lowering the upper arm nozzle. Poor quality. Parts should not be breaking so quickly on a brand new appliance.

We had just moved into a new house, and we needed a new dishwasher. I already had other Samsung appliances, so I was confident I would be pleased with the dishwasher. The dishwasher is so quiet, you can not even here it running.

I'm quite happy with this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes and has a sanitize feature. It has a very clean & sleek design and sits flush underneath the ccountertop which I love. The only downside is the 3rd rack which is not very useful and takes away room that could be used for tall utensils on the main rack.

the bottom rack can't even fit an 11 inch dinner plate without blocking the spray arm. the top rack is unnecessary and there isnt an option to take it off.

Love it, till it started to leak, the rubber fell apart, the two spinner thing kept falling off (different times) and couple of more problems with it. It was awesome when it worked. Got a new one on its way! Same one…… hopefully the new dose t fall apart on me again.

This dishwasher offers plenty of space with the top row for smaller items. I like the color aesthetic as well. The only reason why I didn't give 5 star is it is very sensitive to what is on the utensils. Such as I sprayed the new dawn power wash to Pre soak the item. I rinsed it down pretty good so I thought but when the cycle began in the washer it ended up giving an error code. It took awhile to get things back on track but it worked out.

Dishwasher works good, dishes are mostly clean after washes. Very quiet. 4 months after installation bottom arm stopped working and it took 4 visits of a technician to fix.

I replaced my Whirlpool of 20 years with this Samsung. This runs very quiet as my old one was so loud, I never realized. I also hooked it up myself as I removed the old one and was familiar with the wiring, drainage, and water hookup's. This has been a good dishwasher so far and it cleans very well. It has many options for cleaning cycles. It is also touch sensitive on the top of the door, not the front panel. My one minor gripe is that it is hard to tell how much liquid is in the dispenser for the drying and rinse aid.

We moved into a new house last year and I immediately decided to update some appliances. I bought this Samsung dishwasher because it have the stainless tub, third rack, and solid food disposer. Within a few months of installation (which was done professionally), it just stopped working. We waited weeks for the warranty repair person. He came and fixed it, only for it to completely die AGAIN about a month later. This time, we waited OVER A MONTH for technicians only for them to just not show up at all or notify me they weren't coming. After countless hours on the phone/email with customer support, they offered me a refund. It took LITERALLY MONTHS to get resolved. When speaking with a veteran appliance repair technician, he said it's incredibly common for these to just die like that. I will never recommend these to anyone.

from the day of purchase this machine has never cleaned my dishes. i tried all the settings, and there is no difference. i must rinse/wash/scrub all dishes first before putting through the dishwasher. when we questioned this we were told to clean out the filter. in order to do this you must remove the storm wash, the wand the arm and the 15 screws holding down the filter. then clean, then "rinse and repeat" backwards. very poor design.

the outside design and the features are pretty nice. however we noticed that the rotating sprinklers have been often falling off from their support. looking at the design it seems to be very cheap. also we had multiple leaks. this started just before the warranty expired but the leaks keep happening and the multiple attempts to resolve the issue by the service center are still unsuccessful. after multiple repairs, the dishwasher is constantly leaking a little and if we run more than 1 load a day, it will show a leak error code and i will have to dry the pan under the dishwasher. i am still trying to resolve this with the customer service but sometimes (especially weekends) they are busy and cannot answer all the calls and chats even if samsung claims a support 24/7.

This dishwasher was part of a suite of new Samsung appliances that came with the house I purchased 6 months ago. I have to load it very carefully and always run the Heavy cycle, and yet it still leaves some plates and bowls with spots of dirt.

This dishwasher is so quite, it's as if we don't have one. But of course we do and it's wonderful. Easy to use, looks great and cleans the dishes well. And it will look even better when my new kitchen is installed. It's amazing what a new Dishwasher and a new Refrigerator from Samsung will do. They are both so beautiful that they deserve an updated kitchen to showcase them!

Absolutely love this Samsung StromWash dishwasher, amazingly quiet! I did worry that 48dBA is very noisy but actually not. With great quality, value and features, esp like 3rd rack, adjustable rack and autorelease door drying. Very clean & spot free with pac + rinse aid. Have different options on the panel, good to have sanitize option. Upgrade my kitchen a lot!

I purchased this for my kitchen remodel. Here are some good and bad things about it.
Good: It's quite spacious. I love the three racks. The very top rack has room for large utensils. I like the main two as you can adjust the space. I love that there are many wash options and even a "delay" for your wash. It's very quiet and will open to allow air when your cycle is finished.
The bad: The top rack doesn't always clean consistently. Make sure you mount it correctly or it will tip if you you both trays open. That is a huge hazard. I found I always have to add a rinse aid. The rinse cycle doesn't rinse well. It's pretty but not fingerprint proof.

This was my first appliance purchase for my new home and I could not be happier. Installation I was able to do myself. This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had, it you move from a traditional unit you won't even hear it. I have not had a single dish or utensil that was not cleaned after the express cycle. I cannot recommend this unit enough!
